End of 2010 at the Brown's

I get worse and worse at posting new things. I just forget and then before I know it a month or two has gone by. We had a fun and busy holiday season. To start off, a couple weeks before Thanksgivving, we took Jax into the doctors office because I thought he had an ear infection, and after a bunch of tests and x-ray's, and a few hours of wondering what the heck was going on, we were told that Jax had RSV. So we were home trying to get him better in time for the holidays. Luckily, he got better faster than we expected. Such a relief. We spent Thanksgiving with my family in Blackfoot and had a great time seeing everyone. The kids loved playing with their cousins. Then a few days later, we celebrated Kelsey's 5th birthday. She's growing up so fast. We just love her and her sweet manner. She is such a caring sister and daughter. So that about wraps up Novemeber.
December was as fun and caotic as ever. We had Christmas parties every weekend. But we were able to squeeze in a quick trip to Utah to get together with Aaron's family. (and I was able to finish up shopping while there, so that was nice:) We had a great time with them and on the way home we made our annual stop at temple square to see the amazing lights.
We started having Christmas just at home when we moved into our house and we love it. This was our 4th year. We've been able to have our own fun traditions and we enjoy just relaxing and being with the kids. I love it. Than my mom and sister's family come to our house for Christmas dinner.  Christmas day, we spent a couple hours outside playing in the snow. We had a great time. Aaron got his skiis out and pulled the girls around the yard, they thought it was great. Jax hated every minute. He does not like to be outside at all in the cold. He needs to toughen up!
These are the kids Christmas outfits. I was so excited when I found these dresses for sooooo cheap. They look so pretty, but after a day in church, I have to say that I hate these dresses. Glitter everywhere!!!! But they love them so of course they wear them every week. I feel sorry for the people who've been cleaning up after us:(
New year's was great. We had our good friends come stay with us. It's become a tradition that we really look forward to. Unfortunately, we all got the flu the week after. That was not so fun, but at least it waited till all the holiday festivities were over. IT was not fun, and this is actually the first time I've had the flu in about 10 years.  But we are all healthy again and praying it stays that way:) Anyway, that's the end of 2010 for us in a nut shell. I'll try to keep up(if i remember:)
